What an amazing time this is for so many of us! So what is the best way to handle these experiences? How do we cope while all of these old emotions and
patterns are surfacing for cleansing and release and new ones are arriving for implementation?
This will be something I will continue speaking about
over the next few months, a little at a time, but here is an overview for coping that I have found helpful:
New Energy “Coping Map”
~Put Yourself In A Self-Imposed "Time-Out"!!!!!
Seriously. Give yourself permission to take a BREAK from life's little craziness for a few days or even just a couple minutes a day. Work to remove the excessive noise around you and any extra demands.
~Be Gentle With Yourself
Gently let go of old thought patterns, emotions, feelings that surface without becoming too attached.
~Keep A "Detached" View
Keeping detached or an outside-looking-in view of what is going on, can give you a solid perspective of the situation and how to move forward in a Divinely-guided manner.
~Keep Your Intuition Open
Keep your Intuition and 3rd Eye awake for Divinely-inspired guidance! Be extra aware of small gut reactions, feelings, and pulls.
Record your feelings, thoughts, intuition, dreams, and any visions that you receive. It will all make sense one day - I Promise!!
~Become Aware and Release
Become aware of the fear and ego-based thoughts and actions holding you back from achieving your
Divine path. Attempt to live in a Conscious state, being aware of every action and thought you take vs a Sub-conscious state guided by fear and ego. Release the fear and ego to fully embrace living in Awareness.
When you feel Divinely-guided to act, then move, and put those thoughts, ideas, and visions into ACTION without fear and ego standing in your way.
Always protect your personal energy and space. Keeping a fully charged and detoxified energy body and surrounding space is crucial for living a Divine path. Keep yourself grounded, surrounded by White Light, and void of negativity and darkness.
~Ask For HELP!!!
The most crucial step:) There are many other people experiencing the same thing as you are right now. Do not be afraid to reach out and ask for assistance in coping! Many wise and experienced people are available to guide your and help you. Even a dear friend lending an ear is a comfort and a tremendous help. Connect with those around you and find support in your community!
~Use Your Tools
You can also ease these growing pains by meditating, praying, connecting with nature, utilizing
crystals or aromatherapy blends to assist your growth, enjoying a Reiki session or other Holistic Wellness Service, and any other activity that you are
naturally drawn to that brings you inner peace and understanding.
You are loved and supported in the most perfect and Divine way possible.
